Custom 6061 jugs with SBC sleeves. Been like this for the past 20 years. Owner is Rich of Hudson County Cycles. He said it was dubbed "The Knucklbuster" and made it into a couple of magazines. He said that wasn't his idea for it; he just built it to RIDE.

Cool !
I love the Weird Engineering distributor ( I own three of them ) . Are the heads modified stockers ? 20 years back would indicate that, as FHP dual carb heads were still in Anders mind at that time. The pan style cam cover is the only disappointment.

Oh come on! The pan cover don't look so bad. The fins seem to fit right in with all of the other cool stuff... They were very neatly modified stockers too. It's 100inches. I didnt see if they were lectrons, but I did notice the clear bowls. I asked him how it ran, he said it was a monster on the highway, but it didnt like getting hot, said with the solid lifters once everything grew it made hella noise and then when it was hot he'd get piston slap he says. I was thinking more along the lines of detonation, but I'd hate to add my .02 to this beautiful chopper.

As long as I'm bangin' the drum, I personally have a problem with chrome applied to aluminum. It seems to me that you can bring a luster out on bare aluminum that is so much deeper and less glitzy than chrome. Not knockin the bike. It's a killer !
