i only went 12.14@110. we tweaked on jakes some and went 11.68@114. i moved the wheel ahead about .5" when i put the chain on and at half track the slick grows enough to touch the frame and swingarm on one edge. so that was scrubbing a little speed i think. all in all we had a fun time, no broken parts or bones so a success i guess!

Glad you survived the 23 degree get up weather. You guys are doing a great job. Any plans for down time changes ?
