Squeezing Play-Doh

Got enough parts machined to check piston to valve. It's too tight on both sides so tomorrow I will machine the pistons. Not a big surprise since the new cams have more TDC lift, but less max lift. I'm setting these heads up with 7mm valvetrain and beehive springs, shedding weight and allowing for less spring pressure. Stay tuned!

It's for the KIDS!

Won't be long!

Jordan stopped over to help me bolt the bottomend back in the frame. I've got a bunch of machining to get done but hopefully tomorrow night I'll be checking piston to valve clearance.

Lose The Battle...

Win the War! Damn piston pieces in my cases. I tried to tip the entire bike upside down to shake them out but wasn't strong enough.
